We were proud of Melanie. Last Friday, a lady was handing out treats to a group of students at Melanie's school. There was only one student who said "thank you." Because of her thankfulness, Melanie was given an additional treat.

You can be so proud of this little girl...I love her blond hair. You all must be doing something right....give yourselves a pat on the back!
Great job Melanie...for saying Thanks! I ALWAYS love to hear kids say Thank YOU! When I pass out my cookies to our church people, it makes me sad if the church kids don't say Thank you for the cookie...after all of my effort. But, our church children have not had the privilege to be trained like your parents have trained you. (and like we're training our kids!) You have some good parents...they're our dear friends.
