Very powerful. Thanks for helping me be able to see it. I had no problem this time. I am so glad my kids can recite the pledge openly at their chapel services. I think I will make sure they know what it means now.
WOW!! That was really good. . . .I'm so glad that my kids are still able to say that in school. . . Yes public school!!!! Just wish I could play this at church!!!! ;)
This was one of the finest moments ever on television. Red Skelton was a good and decent man. I always cry when I hear this.
My daughter is 5 and we just started homeschooling (kindergarten). We are working on learning the pledge ... when she gets older, I am going to use Mr. Skelton's words to teach her the full meaning of the Pledge of Allegiance.
